symptoms, after 4 yrs ttc, using preseed and menstraul cups

after 4 years trying i will record symptoms as now using preseed and menstraul cups.
4dpo, slight dull cramps on and off for a few seconds.
4dpo, ewcm with tints of brown blood, turned pink briefly, then clear and sticky.
4/5 dpo, night time, bearly slept but husband snoring so dont know if it was that!!!
5dpo, just up and was really light headed to the point of nearly falling over , feeling dizzy still.
NEVER CHARTED LIKE THIS BEFORE SO NOT AWARE IF SYMPTOMS ARE NORMAL FOR ME.
