Sleep is becoming a problem for me. I get home, and I'm so tired I start to fall asleep on the couch. But when I try to go to bed, I can't fall asleep.It takes me forever to fall asleep, and if something wakes me up, I'm wide awake, and can't go back to sleep, no matter how tired I am. I also wake up early every morning, and can't fall back to sleep. I try going to bed early, but still not much sleep, although I am more awake when I get to work. By the time I get home, I'm exhausted all over again. I think I'll mention this to my Doctor on the 17th.

Drink some chamomile tea:) It's alright for pregnancy, and is calming and should help you to sleep...they say too, if you drink it while you are pg, your baby will be a calm one...but that's just an old wive's tale.
