chances of ecoptic with hcg levels doubling normally? no bleeding or spotting im18dpo ivf
chances of ectopic pregnancy went through ivf and its been 18dpo and first beta dec14th at 14dpo 37 and 2nd beta 16dpo beta level 120. please need advice am stressed and are these pregnancy symptoms tired,number2 2to3times aday some weight loss no bleeding bo spotting note i only have one tube other was removed but doctor never said anything about possible ecoptic pregnancy or anything and i have heard betas test for possible ectopic but dont knw please advice thanks!

no, the beta tests are in order to check whether the pregnancy develops normally
e.g. if after the first beta 37 the second came less than 70 they would have told you risk of miscarriage
but the second is 120 which is very good

the only way to check for ectopic is the sonogram but this is done once the hcg has reached c. 2000 as it is only then that one can see something.
there is nothing indicating an ectopic for the moment, and since with ivf they put the embryo in the best possible spot it usually remains just there
stress is bad for the baby so dont worry
