Do digitals get darker inside if +?????

So I took a bunch of dipsticks and they are coming up faint pos. I decided to take cb digital w/weeks estimator yesterday and it came up NEG. i opened it (i know you arent supoosed to) and it was soooo faint. Then I took a second cb digital today hoping I had more HCG in my system. It still came up NEG but this time when I opened it, the lines were darker. Not bery dark but def darker than yesterday. So my question is... Even if i dont have enought HCG to come up POS yet on digital, would the tests be getting darker if i WASNT PREGNANT???
