I'm definitely not an expert but I think it really depends on how long your cycle is. If you have a 28 day cycle and ovulate on CD 21 then it could be a problem as it means your luteal phase (time post ovulation until you get your perioid) is only 7 days. However if your normal cycle is say 33 - 35 days longs then it wouldn't be a problem ovulating on CD 21 as your luteal phase is 12 - 14 days. From my research the average luteal phase is 14 days but anywhere from 10 - 16 days. If your luteal phase is very short under 10 days when you can have trouble implanting as it's most common to implant on 9DPO.
I've had a cycle when my luteal phase was only 9 days and I was advised by a user on here to take vitamin B6 to help length it. I haven't tried taking it yet as I'm having a blood tests done cycle day 21 to check my progesterone levels. I had a miscarriage in Oct and my cycles are a bit irregular.
I hope my answer isn't too confusing and helps a little. Good luck and baby dust
