HPTs taken at 12 dpo are reasonably accurate but again, there are folks who get their first positive later than that. With HPTs there are lots of factors involved, hold time, test time, urine concentration.....Retest in a couple of days. I usually do pregnancy blood tests at 12 dpo. With those being negative at 12 dpo the cycle surely has failed. Best wishes to you.
