How many days rest after transfer should we have?

This month end will b my 2nd ivf transfer.
Want to know how many days rest did u do n u had bfp?
What symptoms u had n when u got to know u r pregnant?

What to eat n what not to eat please advice?

Please help.

Hi Saayaa,

I took the 2 weeks after transfer off work, the day of transfer I went for lunch (mexican!) and a walk and rested and watched comedys on the the tv all day, each morning I went to the park and got some fresh air and did my best to relax. I had no pregnancy symptoms whatsoever so a positive pregnancy test was my only clue! I didn't eat anything special just what you would eat when pregnant or rather avoid! I did make an effort to connect with the embryo and named him on day 1. Really hoping everything work out for you this time and you get your BFP,
