Could this be pregnancy cm??

Okay so this is gonna be a little TMI. I don't have a clue what cycle day or how many dpo....I ovulated (according to my dr) on October 28th. Then I had a three day light period starting October 30th. Weird. So my question now is I'm having some cm that I haven't had before and I'm wondering if it's a good sign of pregnancy. It is clear and real stretchy! Is that a sign of pregnancy??? Also I took a test about a week ago and it was faint positive you can see it in my hpt images. Any feedback would be amazing!! Baby dust to y'all!!!

Clear and stretchy sounds like ewcm which is what you get when your ovulating if you count the 30th as a period it would make sence to be ovulating now, you could do another pregnancy test to check if its been a whole week since your last one
