Do I have to use FMU or can I test anytime?? 12 dpo.

Hello! Today I am 12 dpo and want to take a pregnancy test but missed FMU. Can I test later today or should I wait until morning.? I am dying to test but I don't want to waste one.

Any urine is fine. It's the hold time and fluid intake that matters when testing. Make sure to hold for minimum 2-3hrs and drink little to no fluids. My best testing urine is SMU or early evening...after that I drink too much tea, which dilutes my FMU...making it not the best urine for the job.

Well I got a BFN on a dollar store test.... I'm gonna save my digital for next time. My breasts are killing me and I have been having frequent pains, twinges, etc. since 6 dpo... Not typical for me as I do not PMS before AF. Still hoping this is my month for BFP.
