it could be implantation if so you should be able to test positive the very next day. hope it works

i am having the same kind of pains and I never get any PMS symptoms or pain. Hoping to test today.

I had the same ovary pain (in my case left) when I was pregnant with my DS and my current little peanut. That's how I knew I was pregnant both times and I found out I was pregnant on 9 dpo - it was a very faint line and confirmed BFP on 10 dpo with CB digital.

What was the outcome? Im curious because I have had this same pain and even pain in uterus after sex other night and I have been constipated sorry for the tmi.... its a dull pain sometimes but im only 7dpo which might be too early for implantation but its on my right side too.
