Is spotting a must or confirmatory sign of pregnancy...

Is spotting a must or confirmatory sign of pregnancy... I mean I have mild dizziness, had 3 days back lower abdomen pain, almost everyday have weird dream...feels breast fuller...but no pain...pee more than I use to...smtms at night once or twice...my last period date was 17th March 2014, and i ovulated on 31st March 2014...I am very much hopeful ...but am confused too...today is 10th day after ovulation...I sleep alot and feel tired...but i have diabetes too...so cannot say its only pregnancy sign...

Iv had 6 children and never once had implantation bleed ever, didn't know it excited till having my 6th so no not a Definate sign,
I would test day af due x

I never had it with either pregnancy. From the research I've seen, only about 1/3 of women get IB. It just seems very common around here since everyone is TTC. I wouldn't worry at all if you don't have it:-) Test the day AF is due:-) GL!

No. Only about 30% of pregnant women ever see any implantation spotting - in most cases, the amount of blood is so slight and passes out of the body so slowly it is unnoticeable. Good luck!

No, Note: Only 15% of pregnant cycles have spotting of any kind in DPOs 6-11. That means that no more than 15% of pregnant cycles experience implantation spotting, and the actual percentage is very likely far less. GL x
