Can Synthroid delay your Menstrual Cycle?

I started taking Synthroid 50mcg since February 15. I should have gotten AF yesterday but nothing. I had mild cramps since Wednesday night. Has anyone who started taking Synthroid ever have a delay in your menstrual cycle?

Yes, synthroud can delay your period, but I would still do a hpt to check! Good luck!
