Question

Will I know when implantation happens?

I recently had sex 1 week ago it was about 3-4 am on a Monday, that weekend I was fertile and I ovulated Monday. I have had symptoms like fatigue, exhaustion, sick to my stomach, a lot of back pain, and headaches almost every day. Last week i was in the bathroom constantly but not this week. I had pressure yesterday on my pelvic bone/uterus area and constipation and I saw where that could be a sign of implantation. It is stil too early to test but I didn't know if other than spotting, if you can tell when implantation occurs and what symptoms you may have had?

The short answer is no, we can't tell when implantation occurs. I wish we could. Some women say they feel a pinch and some say they have spotting, but none of that has been shown to be true in studies. We do know that implantation occurs sometime between 6 and 12 days from ovulation. Good luck!
