When to start progesterone pessaries?

I recently suffered my 5th mc. In this last pregnancy, I started progesterone 2 days after +ve hpt. I think that this may have been too late and if I perhaps start the progesterone sooner, I would have a thicker lining - as I suspect the lining not being thick enough may be causing the MCs..(I have had all the standard tests and scans to check MTHFR etc..and all normal)

I read some women start progesterone at 2dpo..any opinions pls?
