Vitamin D deficiency?
So I had my second visit with the doctor and they did bloodwork. She called me back a couple of days later and told me I was vitamin D deficient and that could be one of the causes of me struggling to get pregnant. (I have my follow up appointment to talk about what they found through the ultrasound tomorrow) I started taking Vit D supplements right away and course increased my intake of milk from 1 cup to 2 cups a day. Has anyone else been diagnosed with Vitamin D defiency? How long after you started taking a supplement did you get pregnant?

I have the same issue. I was told I have vitamin D deficiency 6 months ago. I took supplements for 6 months and tried to be in the sun more and I just got the results of a new blood test that still chose vitamin D deficiency. I have no idea what to do if the supplements don't work. My husband and I have been TTC for 4 months and I didn't know vitamin D level could affect fertility but I've been reading up on it and it seems like it does. I am at 9 dpo today and was actually thinking I might be pregnant (I've been really tired for the past few days + cramps, nausea and sore breasts) but it wouldn't be the first time I am imagining symptoms though... I have left a message for my doctor and am expecting a call back today or tomorrow. I will let you know if I find out anything else.
