Should i be worried?

7 days late for AF but got a BFN with FMU today?!?!? Im so confused! Someone help me? Have you had this happen? Have any advice?

My first pregnancy I didn't get a positive until I was 2 weeks late. I tested everyday. It ended in MC though...
