I'm 27 and my fsh in march 11.5
Re test may and was 3.3 dc10 which is the norm
Because if this I did lots of research and like you I orderd wheatgrass powder and royal jelly tablets!
I'm on my tww with iui !
So ill let you know how I get on.
The wheatgrass is disgusting! I mix one teaspoon heaped into fresh orange juice!
And down it !
Iv had fertillity accapuncture too for 6 weeks!
I know if u don't conceive this time I need my cervix widening ouch so the catheter fits in better!!! X

Hi! Thanks for your response! That's awesome how much it worked for you in lowering your fsh! I'm hoping it does the same for me. I am 26 and my fsh is a 7.6. Which is still within normal range but my obgyn said it is slightly elevated for my age. She said it should be under a 6. Wouldnt be concerned unless my mom and her mom both had early menopause when they were around the age of 30. So it's not headed in the right direction and if i'm not careful then it might keep going up fast. Try the pill version of wheatgrass! That is what I ordered. I am supposed to get them tomorrow. I have heard they really work just as well as the juice! How many mg are you taking per day?? I know they want you to take a ton! Yuck! How often did you go to fertility acupuncture? I am seriously considering. We have been trying for 5 months now...which I know isn't long but with what I explained above I can't help be a little nervous and want to do everything I can to help the process along!

Hi. I dont kno about that stuff but I used fertilaid & soft cups & got pregnant after 10+ yrs. definitely I would recommend it! It's a natural vitamin supplement as well! We used the soft cups 1 cycle! Pregnant. I just had our 1st child in July. I will def be using those again with our next child!! We thought we would never be blessed with a child. Thanks Tina32! i'll look into that. Do you mind saying if you ever got a diagnosis for the reason you where having trouble? Mine seems to be high fsh levels. Not "high" but "slightly elevated" according to my OBGYN, for my age. I'm 26 and have a 7.6 FSH level which should be under a 6. Early menopause runs in my family so i'm hoping to get some help soon with a specialist!
