Promising symptoms..Could I be pg?

Hi all,

This is my IUI cycle..I'm 13 dpiui..Got sharp stabbing pain on my left ovary starting from 7 dpiui till now and also got watery clear cm on 9dpiui and then got watery cm mixed with creamy mucus bt still it seems to be watery.,My boobs are sore..waves of nausea only after I have lunch..I vomited yesterday..today got nausea sensation but controlled by myself..going for a blood work tomorrow bt still worried abt ut..Am I really pg r these symptoms r due to progesterone r any other thing??
