Ectopic pregnancy?
Hi..
My average cycle length is 25-26 days.
Beta hcg as follows:
12 dpo - 86
14 dpo- 95
16 dpo - 120
Today im 18 dpo.My doctor suspected that it may be an ectopic and took scan but couldnt spot anything,going for again on monday. having mild ovary pain on left side starting from 8 dpo.for the past 2 days i dont experience any pain..
is this an ectopic???

There is really no way to know until an ultrasound can confirm it. I would not let them talk you into taking methotrexate until they can prove it is definitely ectopic. Mine was discovered at 6 weeks with a hb in my right tube and was surgically removed. Before then I had normal, doubling betas and no pain or bleeding.
I have seen low and slow betas turn into healthy babies.

I don't want to be a Debbie downer, but it is a possibility of it being ectopic. I recently went through an ectopic pregnancy in my left ovary. Your numbers are way better than mine ever though of being. Stay strong and hope for the best. I'll keep you in my thoughts! Fingers crossed for you!
