What does implantation bleeding look like?

Hi everyone.. I'm on CD20 today, don't know for sure when did i ovulate but i have a regular 28-30 cycle so i assume i ovulated on cd15.. Today, i noticed tiny brown spot on my underwear, accompanied by mild twinges on the right pelvic area. Could this be implantation ? I hear implantation should be for days right ? Plz help me i'm confused

That does sound like and could be implantation bleeding! My IB was brown/pink spotting when I wiped after going to the bathroom, I had slight cramping and thought AF was coming early, but to my surprise a week and a half later I got my BFP :) good luck xxx
