Angel, the prenatals don't have nearly enough b vitamins in them to make that much of a difference if you are lacking them in your system. I take a b-100 complex along with my prenatal, which has 100mg of b6 and 100mcg of b12. It also has and additional 400mcg of folic acid which along with my prenatal is 1.2mg total...almost too much. I tend to not take the complex every single day, usually every other day instead. B-6 and B-12 are the important ones to have more of, so if you don't want the extra folic acid, you could go with separate tablets of the 6 and 12. The good thing about b vitamins is that they are water soluble, so if you don't need as much as is in the supplements, you'll just pee it out in neon yellow. :)
Hope that helps!
AFM, I still have a bit of trigger left in my system, it showed faintly still there on this mornings HPT. I'll do another on Friday to see what's what.

Lisserb- thank you, i will give the b-complex a try along with my prenatals. Like you said can't hurt none, the body will get rid of what it doesn't use. I remember when I took them before and my urine would get that neon color some days, lol.
Today was kind of a rough one, been a nervous wreck all day, woke up this morning to spotting , then had a family day at our amusement park here with my whole family. Then was just stunned when expecting that I was having another CP or m/c, 4 days late today, I haven't had anymore spotting at all today. so maybe still a chance? praying.

ceegee and Jenn- Thank you but guess this one just wasn't in God's plans, I woke up this morning, pretty sure having either a CP or early miscarriage. So just going to relax and cry for a bit to get it out of my system. lots of praying and hoping maybe adding the B vitamins and the Webenzym will make a difference this cycle

Thank you Toronto, that is pretty much what I'm thinking as well. DH's thoughts are if it is in God's plan for us it will happen. he doesn't want to go through all the fertility specialists. I did talk to my rheumatologist today, she is the one treating my lupus, asked her about the webenzym, showed her the studies. she said it sounded good, to give those a shot especially if it will treat my lupus naturally, because I haven't been on my meds for the lupus for about 2 yrs now, due to pregnancy and breastfeeding. she said my lupus seems to be progressing and that is probably what is causing the m/c's. along with my age. We do know it isn't hubby as he did have a sperm analysis done back in January and all seems to be good there. the problem seems to be that i can get pregnant but can't maintain the pregnancy. so I'm hoping that webenzym and adding a b complex might help. will just have to see.
