IMPLANTATION

TTC assist by Preseed and FertileAid , today is day23, ovulation+ve on day 15, there is a dip on day20, is it an implantation dip? did implantation occurred? when i should do HPT?
BBT is persist raise after a dip(98.06), that is from 98.51- 98.6

It is probably too early - I'd wait until at least 11 DPO to test - or if you can hold out one day past when your period was due.
