am i really pg!

so my lmp was 02/27/2012. been feeling a lil queasy and moody. Something said take an hpt. so yesterday i bought a clearblue easy plus and within 2-3 min time it turn a faint positive! thought i was seeing thngs so i took a pic ( i posted it) now today, it's the same. no changes. does this mean it was an evap or a bfp? so excited im reading too much into it with a touch of fear. plz .. what do you think. im dying to hear your replies to ease my mind.
