Ok I fixed my calender to separate the two cycles from 01/2012 and 01/26 /2012.

even changing and putting the new 01/26 cylce on a new calender, it still feels as if I should have had af on 02/20/2012 since i have a 26 day cycle.

i think u r O cd10. so u shud start ur 1st dpo on cd11.. so on cd25 u shud on 15dpo.. so u r not so late for ur af..
