Implantation bleed???

When I went to the toilet this morning I had 2 brown bits of old blood. It was brown and looked like old blood. Since then I have had nothing. I have experienced cramps and I do have tender boobs but I do normally get this before af. My af is due tomorrow and iv not had any pre bleeding or any signs before af comes before. Any help would be great
