Soy Isoflavones?
Hi ladies! I am ttc #2 and I have a regular 28-29 day cycle. I haven't charted so Im not sure if I ovulate or not. I conceived my first on accident 3 years ago so I have no reason to believe I don't ovulate but I have gained about 20 lbs since then so that could affect it. Anyways I just wanted some advice on this topic. I don't want to mess up my cycles but I have heard so many good things about soy isoflavones and just want to boost my fertility. Any advice or stories? TIA!

I took soy my last two cycles, not this month though. I did not get my BFP with soy, but I'm not sure what "normal" was for me either. I tried soy one 2 months after a miscarriage, so I'm not sure if it hurt or helped. I'm not sure if I did ovulate either, although I did get +OPK...but that doesn't really mean I did. I am temping this month and not using soy, but I could still consider trying it again if I don't get a BFP this month.
I'm worried that I did have a "normal" cycle and it messed it up. I have a very short LP now, between 8 and 9 days...so I wanted to see if that is better without the soy.
Good luck!
