my breast have been extremely tender to the touch, feel a lot heavier and fuller since 9 DPO I am currently at 13 DPO and hasnt subside

I usually have really sore bbs from day 1. However this time, it started at 7dpo. Could that be a sign?

I am 5dpo and I woke up yesterday with very tender breasts and it hasn't subsided at all.
