So I was waiting for my period to come im on cycle 42 an did a hcg test is neg so I did a opk an I see that is getting darker top morning bottom evening can u ovulate so late? Comment please.

The top is the same one posted previously. I am guessing I hit the tail end of ovulation since I didn't start until CD 19? Is this normal?

UpdateI know this is negative. I want to know if I am testing for ovulation correctly. Should I assume I O on CD 19?

This is my first ovulation test, so I am not sure what to expect. It seems pretty dark, I know it's not as dark as the control line but will it continue to get dark? I thought I ovulated today so would that make it lighter again?
