Taken at 12.30pm. When do I count as 1 dpo? Do I assume il ovulate tonight and count tomorrow as 1dpo?

Ok guys in confused... I have a 40 day cycle,. I had a chemical pregnancy at the start of the month and today is day 20 from when . I started to bleed heavily. I'm having ovulation pains today,. Us this positive? It's the only test I've done where I could actually see a line without straining my eye

This is today's test... The test line is WAY darker than yesterday's and is way darker than the control line. So does that mean I'm ovulating today or within 24hrs? I'm so confused... Comments please.
