Started spotting 3 days ago, thought it was period, then it stopped abruptly and now no bleeding at all. Super fatigued. Took test at 7:30 P.m.

Taken 3 so far that the positive line showed up AFTER 30 mins to 1.5 hours then took this one from the dollar store at same time. Am I going crazy?!?!? I know it's driving me crazy. Please comment advice thanks
