Line came up at roughly 3 mins, this was taken yesterday and today I did a frer and a BFN. I'm 7 days late for AF going on my normal cycle but ovulate 10 late, making me 10dpo and due on in 2 days going by ovulation datw. Thoughts?

Top one was from yesterday around 2 pm at 11 dpo, Bottom one is from today with FMU at 12 dpo. See line getting darker. What y'all think ?
