Test taken after 1 hour hold. Second faint line appeared immediately. Can you see it or I am just imagining that?

So worried now. Negative blood test yesterday and this morning I got the strongest positive ever on dip strip, SMU. What is going on?
UpdateHad my first beta on 17/05/2017 and it was 26.49mIU.ml. Will go for another one on 19/05/2017 to see if it's doubling as it should.
