13 dpo... not much progression from yesterday. Has anyone ever had a very very faint result at 13 dpo that actually turned true positive?

Testing early d/t being antsy!!!! Period not due till 8/14. I have short cycles 24 day to be exact. I knowwww I'm early. However thought I'd try one ??
