Had one look like this earlier. Then about 3-4 hours later had a very thick line with purple (evap)? I’ve never had an evap show up with my first signal tests...Anyone have this?

Had iud removed 10/24. Had some bleeding for a few days after, not exactly sure when my period is due because I had a lot of intermittent breakthrough bleeding with iud. I think my period would be either five days late or due in 5 days. I have had some very light brown spotting for 3 days.
