I was actually 46 DPO but there isn't an option for that but here is my picture... I tested on 3/20/15 and had a miscarriage on 3/23/15

I've had six positive pregnancy tests over four days. Went to the doctor today and their pee test came back negative. I am now freaking out. Has this happened to any of you and you were pregnant? I want it so bad.
