I had what I thought was a period a couple days ago. But the last couple of days I've been very constipated, bloated, nauseous and crampy. So I decided to take a test. Do you see anything?????

I'm 2 days late for my period. I have light cramping and when I wiped I got this pink stuff. I have gotten some very faint positive pregnancy tests. I'm. Confused!!!! Any advice??????
