Im 5 weeks 2 days and i really dont feel pregnant, no sickness, nausea, sore boobs, tiredness. dont know if anything wrong??

5 weeks today and still DONT feel pregnant (no sickness, sore boobs nothing) discharge was creamy now very very dry..cant stop checking as otherwide i wouldnt know. Do you think somethings wrong??????
