Hi! These tests had a very faint line when wet (did post that photo too), but when they dried the line was more clear to see, but still looked blue. Is it evap? Please help

Hi! Took this photo after 3 min, the line was veryy faint but blue. When it dried, it got clearer tho, will post that photo too. Help?
