Took a test a faint line came up within a min but I don't get this I'm bleeding wish I never took a test wishing it was implant bleeding now I'm scared can anyone else see it thanks

10 days late today keep taking these early sign pregnacy strips a line comes up within 3 mins then goes very faint should I get blood work done ?

Ok so I got 2 faint lines on these test I am six dpo I'm not sure if this brand gives false positives has any one ever used these they r acutest early sign midstream plz help
