Really faint but maybe something there... So confused. I got a positive with an equate test last night and now I barely see anything at all. What's going on?

I don't think there's any way it could be an evap just a few minutes after testing. Haven't heard good things about this brand though

I have no many dpo I am because I don't keep track. I was doing research and now I'm scared because I haven't read good things about these tests. Anyone have any advice? Please comment if so!!
