Been REALLY feeling pregnant (have 2 kids already) for about 2 weeks now.. currently had Mirena in for over 4 years so this would concern me..! Look like anything's there??

I darkened the photo because it was hard to see in the original. A little concerned because my others were darker than this. Even one I took earlier today.
