Progression, if you can call it that. Been testing positive for a week, before and after beta tested at hcg=5. Nurse said they need to retest the blood, as in they may have screwed up... Tests aren't getting much darker.

Updatenot pregnant... negative beta, doctor says he doesn't know why I am getting bfp

I have been getting faint positives for over a week that take 5 minutes to show up. Had beta 6 days ago that was only 5, then they lost/screwed up the 48 hour test. I'm leaving toward chemical or left over hormone from miscarriage 4.5 weeks ago... What do you all think? Tests aren't getting darker.

Had D&C about 4 weeks ago. Only had sex twice, but had weird light spotting a couple days ago. Tested day of spotting and BFN, tested two days since then, and the most recent pregnancy test has a faint line. Am I pregnant again, or is it left over hormone that just didn't show up in the other te

Update still getting faint positives. beta was only 5. tests aren't getting much darker, but still positive a week later.

Holy smokes... I see a line, but it is so faint that I'm trying not to get my hopes up invade it is a shadow, indent, or evap or something. What do you all think?

4th day in a row of positive opks and elevated temps. I see a faint line on the hpt but can't tell if its a shadow line or the start of bfp... Not too hopeful though

I see a very faint line, it appeared at 2 minutes... But of course I don't trust it. I knew I shouldn't have bought blue dye

Really dark positive opk 6dpo. I don't see a line on the hpt. Ovulation was confirmed using opks and temping on fertility friend. ... What do you think? Why is the opk so positive?

UpdatePositive! I guess the opks did mean something!

OPK

JourneyWithJesus  10 years ago

Just wanted to demonstrate the benefit of testing three times a day (or often in other words). These were my opks over the course of CD30-32. I thought I had positive opks on CD12 and 23-25 also, but because of frequent testing I was able to see it get MUCH darker than it did earlier in the month.

Remember: This is an ovulation test. An OPK is considered positive when the color and intensity of the test line matches or is darker than the control line.
