Took this pic at 5 mins. Faint positive or evap?

Got 3 faint positive on reg. FRER and then the digi said no, but I took it apart and there's 2 lines inside. Does 2 lines mean positive? Its very faint, so could that be why it registered as negative?

Test looked like this within 3 mins and slowly got a little darker. Early evap or faint positive? Has anyone else gotten a test like this and found out that they were in fact Prego??

Use tools. Not sure if its an evap or faint positive? What do you think? Looked like this by 3 mins and got darker after. Did the same with 2 test.
