6dpo and been feeling nausea,sore breasts and tired. Does this look like a positive to you? I totally feel pregnant.

Do you guys see a faint line or do I just have line eyes??? Pretty sure I implanted in the 9th. Have had slight dull cramps and nausea as well as fatigue. I know it's very early but I swear I see something.
