Took an ovulation test-- it was POS, so took the answers Preg test and I see a faint line, took the equate one and see it too? Am I just wanting to see lines or are they there????

So confused!! I am 5 days late, pregnancy tests have been negative, but I'm all of a sudden ovulating again??! Any ideas??
