What is happening I had my bloods done on tuesday and they said I'm pregnant I haven't bled but now the test isn't really picking it up

After having a miscarriage in the summer I'm slightly paranoid now! I did a test on Monday and Tuesday then had bloods taken on Tuesday too this picture is of a test I did on wednesday before getting my results back from the bloods.. When I got the results back they where only 18! Hope it works out!
