I'm 12 or 13 dpo not sure and got too much urine on the test and got a second line don't know if it can give a false second line or an evap

So yesterday I up loaded a test I saw a faint second line but wasn't sure and got voted BFN, so today I did another test and I see a faint line again... or am I seeing things! What do you ladies think?

My sisters pregnancy test I see something but I'm not sure... I am 36 weeks pregnant and hope she is tooooooooo!!!! :D
