Better image. Should I take this as a positive OPT or wait a few days and retest since its early.

I'm a bit confused. All calculations put my "O" date as the 9th-10th. I started to feel some cramps this morning so I checked. I guess this means I will be ovulating early this cycle? Should I consider this a positive or wait and retest in a few days.
