Is this a faint positive or an evap!? I had what i thought was a faint positive in a FRER right before this one. How can i tell if its an evap??

How is this 88 cent walmart brand cheapie line darker than the FRER line i got!?!? Thw FRER was barely visible but this i think is pretty positive?

This was taken at my obgyn today! They did an internal ultrasound, I should be 5 weeks 1 day today. But there wasn't a sack. Is that okay cause its still early? I find out my hcg levels tomorrow.
