Left test after 3 minutes. Was clearly negative. Arrived back home several hours later to find this. I'm thinking evap. But am

LMP very early march? Cycles btwn 28-32 days. Bled lightly/spotted all month. Was unusual for me. Spotted continuously till 18 was with last pregnancy. Didn't stay with this test long. Maybe 2-3 mins. Pic is ~40 mins.
